Quality assurance is our top priority. The experience of our employees, combined with precise measuring equipment, forms the foundation for maintaining a high level of service – and, as a result, the smooth operation of the entire production process.
To ensure the highest standards and repeatability of measurements in accordance with applicable standards, production verification is carried out in a dedicated, climate-controlled room with stable and continuously monitored temperature.
The measurement room is equipped with:
CMM Machine LK ALTERA M
- Measuring range: 1500x2000x1000
- 5-axis RENISHAW probe
- Accuracy: below 0.03 µm
- High accuracy and repeatability
- Operated using CMM MANAGER environment
Faro Quantum MAX measuring arm with Faroblu XP 3D scanner
- Measuring range: up to 4m
- Accuracy: from 0.02 µm
- 8-axis system
- Operated using METROLOG X4 software
- Ability to measure/scan in hard-to-reach areas
3D scanning capability with accuracy from 0.03 µm
Quality control is also equipped with:
