Iron Castings
We supply all grades of grey and alloyed irons, in weight ranges from 0.1 Kg to 25,000 Kg. We currently serve customers in a variety of market sectors from 1 part to 1,000’s off. We customise the supply offering to meet every requirement of the customer whether cast, machined, heat treated, painted or assembled and packed and delivered direct to your door or warehoused.
Steel Castings
Our consortium offer carbon, low alloy, high alloy stainless, duplex, super duplex steel. Weight ranges we supply are typically from 5Kg to 25,000 Kg.
At point of enquiry we will confirm the best method for your project needs with state of the art automatic, machine and manual moulding methods with green sand, chemically bonded, investment and shell sand processes.
Non-ferrous Castings
We offer a range of Non-ferrous parts from Sand, gravity, low and high pressure die and investment methods of manufacture to suit customers volume, material and tooling needs for their individual projects and all internationally approved commercial grades.
Typical cast weights are from 5Kg to 200 Kg and in batch sizes from 1 to 1,000’s off. Our partners cater for all industries and certifications.
Fabrications
We offer a range of fabrication capabilities from concept through to final production.
All fabrications are quality assured with accredited partners who have industry specific, and weld related certifications.
Down Stream Processes
At Eurocast our aim is to fully finish all parts we supply thereby controlling quality, minimising lead times and maximising the value to you.
We have a range of partner machinists, heat treaters, coatings suppliers and test firms who can support your unique requirements from a quality assured casting through to a fully finished tested component. All suppliers are minimally IS0 9001 accredited and relevant documentation will accompany your parts or will be held on record by Eurocast giving full QA compliance and traceability.
